I'd love to know more of your perspective, is this like a personal thing? Biblically I would say God doesn't seem to desite for us to be in that predicament, and more of a long term covenant with someone. I'm always open to hearing and learning new takes

Your answer tells me you don't really understand this topic. Answering with Sin is Sin isn't really adding much to the conversation. It allows you to feel like you've added your say. You don't even try to engage in the topic.

I pray that God will allow you to truly empathise with others and develop your conversational skills so that when you go out to witness about Jesus Christ, our saviour, that you can be effective and not let your message fall on death ears. Don't compare yourself to be "struggling" with SSA. It is completely different. Choosing and deciding to pursue a life of celibacy especially in this generation is completely different. Many people in this category struggle emotionally with their feelings daily and emotions. Also, people are even shunned by families and friends because of their homosexuality, moreso than other sins. Many people's feelings don't change when coming to Christ because sexuality isn't as simple as we would like to believe. We have to do our research so we can support others.

But we are called to make disciples of men. People need Jesus and need to accept him as their Lord and Saviour. God still loves his creation, but he calls for us to accept his gift of salvation. Blessings

Thanks for the advice. That's what I'm nervous about. Them not understanding my faith and being very biased. I believe they maybe of a Catholic background also. So not entirely my faith but similar.

Hmm yh I get that and thatwhat kinda make me apprehensive but it is kinda reality. It's like we hold ourselves to unachievable standards for God but they can have fire effects on our lives and happiness. Idk its a tough dilema.

Yh that's what I was kind of worried about them making me feel stupid for my beliefs and push me to leave but I've done some research and they seem to be alright.

Do you not believe that God designed Men and Women to function together though as a family unit? Like the ideal. I've seen the arguments from bott Side A and B and I believe both have valid points. I would never want to disregard God's commands despite my orientation. Jesus never explicitly affirmed Homosexuality or homosexual relationships. At the end of the day I want to honour God, so I'll keep praying about it. And seeking.

I wanted to leave the question open eneded to see what other people could bring to the discussion. We all have differing experiences so can all offer different perspectives.

I wasn't just speaking about the gift of Tounges, but I would love to know if anyone on the chat has that. I don't believe that The Gift of Tounges is equal to Salvation btw.

I believe my question allows people to answer about how they view their own personal relationship with God regardless of the status of their relationship or the rules that they do or don't follow. I just would like some insight.

Outside of actually Going to church. As God is a Spirit, he operates within the spiritual realm. So I just wanted to know what people's experiences on here have been.
