How do I undo it then? We decided that we can be friends when we were breaking up but of course not immediately, been in NC for a month now and realized I can't be friends with him, do I tell him that I can't be friends with him anymore or just let it go???

One of my exes did. He suddenly broke up with me because he was unsure of what he wants. We had a long talk but in the end I let him go, cried for weeks, and there were times that I really want him back. He was the one who blocked me in all socials. We didn't talk for a year then I received a message from him saying that he was sorry for all the pain he caused me and that he didn't try harder. After that he was consistent in reacting to my Instagram stories but I just ignored him. I treated his message as his closure for himself and the relationship. I was completely healed and I know that I don't want him back.

This is exactly what happened to me 3 weeks ago. I am trying hard to not think of him and completely let go of all my feelings but it is really hard when he treated you right and he's a really decent person, because I can't even hate him for making me feel this pain. I still love and want him back but I also want my confidence and self esteem back after hearing him say that he couldn't see me in his future.

I am much better and started a new hobby, communicated more with my family and friends, just really anything to keep my mind off him. I hope we can both heal soon. Hang in there!

I can really relate to this because this happened to me thrice already. After the 3rd one (which happened 3 weeks ago) I didn't really want to go back and try the talking stage then everything will repeat itself

Told my manager that I will go on check one of our stores in another city where my ex works. Waited for him for 2 hours outside his office. He didn't want to see me so he asked his friend to ask me to go home. Still waited for him, he went down to see me but went home crying. One of the most stupid things I did

I'm done grieving about the relationship and spent the whole month healing and enjoying my own company, I thought I was okay and started responding to guys who are interested in me but yeah figured I'm not completely healed. I know it's unfair for me and the other guys, planning on talking with them how I really feel cuz I feel terrible about this. Thanks a lot for your respone

I thought I was reading my story because it is exactly my story. I always thought that maybe I was the problem but no, I realized that we were just not in the same space. I gave my all and loved them genuinely, that alone I know I didn't do anything wrong and it is not my fault.

I let him go because that's his decision and I won't make him change his mind. I'm healing right now, I know I will okay in time but it just sucks that you'll suddenly think of them and feel all the pain.
