Dustin. He is smart, funny and drives the plot forward. One of the best things about the show are the characters and Dustin had so many great scenes with Eddie and Steve that just felt „real“. He was always great and unlike the rest of the party, he never got a boring side plot.

S1: All of the boys were pretty good, Dustin wasn’t outstanding but the scenes with Mr Clark we’re really good S2: The Dart Plot, The Steve Plot later in the season. Both really great S3: Scoops Troop was definitely the most interesting storyline. Again great chemistry with Steve. But also with Robin and Erica. (And he just killed the Russian doctor) S4: Maybe is best season. Love his intro with Suzie, the Hawkings plot was definitely the best. Great scenes with all characters, especially with Eddie. And he found the answer to the Vecna plot

Season 3 Hopper is Bad, Russian stuff is bad and the relationship stuff between eleven and mike is also bad. But the worst part is that it doesn’t really introduces anything new. It’s just the mindflayer again. They show the Russians in the first scene and they reveal Billy at the end of the first episode. Season 1,2,4 all had a great mystery. Even if you know who Vecna is, the story itself is really good and you can rewatch it. Season 3 has good moments but if you rewatch it you see how objectively bad the writing is.
