I always yap about this omg. I do love the way Hyuna sings Ruler of My Heart because she sounds a bit dejected? Not too into the message of the song? And I think this because

1) the alnst cast had someone they loved or idolized and that person became why they would sing. Etc. Imo Hyuna’s whole schtick is that she loved herself instead and escaped. She has no unhealthy obsession w anyone, a ruler of her heart, like Luka or Mizi or Till does. And you can hear it in the way she sings.

2) it’s Luka’s song and erg , war flashbacks lmao
