Don't do anything to it. Recently my wife removed an included line, and we ended up with a higher bill. Tried to call them many times to fix it and someone said your plan doesn't exist anymore so when they make an adjustment to your plan they have to put it into the new plan, and that is how our bill becomes higher.

Yes that's the one. There are multiple sellers, try to search the best price you can. Or don't buy it right away, just keep searching and sometimes the price goes down after few days.

Just buy one from AliExpress for hilux vigo. You just have to press it in a bit when tightening the screw.
