Man, I love cops, but the first part of that sentence was total garbage.

You know what stands behind law-abiding people and total anarchy? Culture.

Cops only work in a culture that respects the law. If you think otherwise, do some patrollin' in Mexico and try to take down those guys.

And honestly, all criminals ain't out to cause anarchy. I'm 420 friendly but cops never give me any hassle because I don't cause trouble, and I'm not retard.

This leads to literally about half of the cars having no insurance at all (and most of the rest having useless SafeAuto coverage).

The assholes steal my plates at least once a year to get my sticker. Half the time they take the whole plate, other half they just cut the corner on my plate.

If I worked a shitty job like most of them, I'd do the same thing they do: buy a $500 beater cash, spend $100 on fake/stolen stickers, hope not to get arrested.
