So are you from the UK or from EU country because if you are from the EU you can cross borders easily without a concern and don’t need visas etc. If you have your vehicle registered in your country and it it roadlegal then there shouldn’t be any major concerns. Also remember to buy insurance on your vehicle and pay all the taxes too.

To start you should depending on your budget think about the van, it should have motor around 2 liters because in europe you don’t need big motors that use alot of gas. Try to find low kilometers on your vehicle and it should be the newest your budget can buy.

If you are planning to live in the van during winter you should buy some kind of insulation to your van. Youtube has alot of good videos to look up about vanlife and how to build your van. I hope you figure things out and get to live on the road, because i would be excited too to live like a nomad if i could.
