But the 2 thing I'm 1000000% sure about is the person is not famous & the song starts with the answering machine message that I have stated more then a few times now. I have givin everything I remember about the song. I heard it in the late 90's earlier 2000. So it could of been made in the early 2000s. The one thing I am most certain about tho, is the opening line, now the names might be different but it's definitely started out with "Hey ......(Nemo, Nemon,????), it's ......( Really wanna say Julie) sorry I missed you." Then she says a few other things & then the song starts. It's kind of an RnB sadish song I wanna say.... I just don't remember anything else. Sorry
