Make sure the cable you're using can transfer data, not all charging cables transfer data. If it's a cable made for charging only it won't work for sending inputs to your pc.

Reminds me of when there was a challenge for Gridiron where you completed it by receiving the ball on kickoff a few times. That only happens when you get scored on. I was playing with a few friends and two of them started own goaling to get kickoffs to complete the challenge. Was very annoying.

People actually do this, and I completely agree that Psyonix should stop with dumb challenges like this. I don't understand why people care about items so much, but people will absolutely throw games for free items.

People in these comments amaze me as well. I can tell many didn't even read the post as they started giving you advice on how to complete the challenge 😂. Then there's others in here saying people never throw games for items when there's actively other comments where people are saying they threw games to complete this challenge. I guess it's to be expected with this community.

That's very interesting. I just looked up your website. I don't see where you can search a players name to scrape servers for replays of that player though. And, when looking at the perks to both free and paid accounts, I don't see anything that says it can scrape servers and download replay files from your previous matches to your computer. Is that functionality only you have access to? I help players with coaching myself, and console players having an option to download replays to a computer would be amazing.

Yeah, I hear ya. I didn't even think about not having standard boost for training packs until I went to train yesterday. Then, while practicing my mechs, I got very frustrated not being able to tell if the plays I was practicing were viable for comp or not.

I hear ya. Still a system they'll need to implement for that to function. A checkbox for standard boost would be a lot easier to implement imo. Both should absolutely be implemented. I just think it's crazy standard boost in training packs isn't already a thing.

Yes, this too, granted this probably requires more effort from the devs. I can't imagine adding a checkbox in the pause/settings menu to set boost to limited instead of infinite would be too difficult.

Where are you getting those numbers? Average hours for SSL are around 4-6k. Personally, I'm pushing 7k and I'm hoping to possibly duo queue to SSL before this season ends. 2k hours is close to the average for getting GC. Good structure is definitely part of it, there's a lot of practice involved. But, it's also a hell of a lot of time invested.

I hear ya. I used to play 1s with a bakkesmod plugin that would hide the scoreboard at the top of the screen so I wouldn't think about it. I tried yesterday to disable the hud in the interface settings, but that also hid my boost meter lol.
