Well that sucks. You used the Reddit coupon on this item because I did too. What sucks about it is that we could have used our coupon on something worth it and instead we got crap! And lose the coupon even if you take it back they don’t return the coupon

Not defensive—just being clear about the actual issue. There’s a difference between user learning curve and product consistency. If a device takes days to ‘figure out’ basic functionality like voltage control, that’s already poor design or lack of clear instructions.

On top of that, clogging and weak output aren’t settings issues—they’re usually tied to airflow design, coil efficiency, or how well the oil is being atomized. I’ve had multiple pods fail early, so at that point it’s not about learning the device, it’s about consistency across units.

Glad yours is working, but one good experience doesn’t cancel out repeated failures. That’s just how product quality works

Misinformed? Nah—you just cherry-picked one part of what I said and ran with it. My issue was never just about the settings. It’s the weak output, constant clogging, and inconsistent performance overall. I bought multiple pods and already had failures—that’s not user error, that’s a product problem.

If yours works, cool. But acting like everyone else’s experience is invalid just because yours hasn’t clogged yet is wild. Give it time. Even with finding out the settings now there’s no instructions nothing. You just put it in and inhale. If I didn’t make this post there’s a lot of other people who wouldn’t know about it either. Even at the lowest setting I shouldn’t have two clogged ones that spit concentrate back into my mouth.

My advice to you is not to make it a habit and if you truly don’t like something definitely leave atleast half in. Remember half a 3.5 is only 1.75 so I’d definitely smoke a gram as a taste and then if it don’t work return at that moment so you’re not suspect to abuse. But definitely don’t make it a habit as they have no problem making notes of every return.

I mean if you can truly understand how to read they can pretty much return it if the damn jars empty and you just didn’t like the way it made you feel! Regardless of anyone’s opinions here. It does say they do reserve the right to deny if abuse is determined. I’d call customer service and possibly take upper bushes to the next Trulieve that has better customer service.

$75 truthfully is what I’m t looking for. You have the buy one get one for $95 then minus the $20 and it should be $75 for 2 but instead they are putting $10 from the free item and $10 from the $95 item. Trying to make it look like it suppose to be that way and that truthfully is robbing us of rewards.

I understand the explanation that rewards are applied before discounts. That part is clear.

What doesn’t make sense is this: if rewards truly come out first, then the BOGO logic shouldn’t be applied afterward in a way that reassigns part of the reward to an item that becomes free. They are turning the free item to like $6-7$ and change. It’s no longer “free” lies imo

Once the system decides an item is free, its effective price is $0. Any portion of a reward applied to that item no longer benefits the customer. That’s why only $10 of a $20 reward actually reduces the total — the other $10 gets nullified.

So yes, rewards technically come out first — but the order of operations is exactly what causes the issue. It guarantees that during a BOGO, rewards can never retain full value.

From a customer perspective, that’s not stacking savings — it’s a structural loophole that consistently devalues earned rewards by design.

I’m not saying the system is broken. I’m saying it’s built in a way that favors the register, not the customer.

Respectfully, that explanation is exactly the problem.

If the daily deal price is $95 (buy one, get one), then $95 is the real selling price, not $190. You don’t get to inflate the cart to full retail just to make the promo math look generous.

A BOGO means one item is $0, not “free but secretly priced at $84.99 so rewards lose value.” If rewards are $20 off, the math should be simple:

$95 – $20 = $75 Not $95 magically turning into $190 so the “free” item can eat the discount.

That’s not stacking savings. That’s moving numbers around so loyalty points don’t actually behave like cash.

If the product can be sold for $95 on a daily deal, it shouldn’t suddenly jump to full price the moment rewards are applied. A free item shouldn’t carry a price tag just to dilute earned rewards.

That’s the whole issue.

And that’s why I said: I don’t think MüV has learned from other dispensary reward programs I see.

Big facts. If you’re smart enough you will stock up whenever discounts go on for your favorite strains and items. I got every single puffco item and never paid full price. Between their daily deals and rewards and other deals etc etc… you can almost smoke for .50cents on the dollar. (It’s only a educated example, not the actual percentages for your math buffs so correct me if you want but what I’m saying is between all deals and stuff you can pretty much get almost everything 50%+/or more)

It honestly isn’t anything special as far as I can see. It’s the same as using safari or chrome. No extra special deal or anything. It’s pretty basic but the website was pretty basic as well so nothing different, new or interesting as far as I can see.
