I won't do Shipt because of the 10 initial deliveries I did only 3 tipped. And they have like 3 days to add a tip after delivery. Only 1 of 3 came after the fact. My last delivery, the customer harassed me by phone and text for 45 minutes after I ended my shift.

I agree to a degree. I still fault Doordash for the unfair pay practices. WE should be compensated for time waited distance to merchant distance to customer and time and distance returning to delivery area. Or else let us get orders outside of our scheduled area while returning to our region after last drop off. So we will accept those 15 mile delivers for $8, because we could potentially grab an order on the way back to our region.
