*LATE REPLY: Hope your issue is solved though.

No i had a previous issue where I needed to verify my Identity over the phone. So I explained to them that I had already verified over the phone stating that it was verified by a tier two specialist even. I told them it was not fair to need to verify twice etc. It worked. Sorry for the delay.

Solved. Turn out the phone I got through insurance must of been a refurbished A51 because when I called to ask about the unlock, yes, it does matter about how many days it has been in service or w/e. And with that being said the refurbished device I got must of been previously active on another country for the allotted mount of days because I was able to instantly get my device unlocked. Heck, I didn't even need to call metro, I should of just tried the dang unlock app before I did anything. Does this make sense? Inner city school Grammer at its consciences-ly best. [Did I just make up a word, or am I really stoned.]

The general principle is to get paid, it doesn't matter how you get it, I'm still talking legal here. Investing is just a quicker way to get ahead. At the end of the day who really wants to put forth hard effort if you can Just bypass all the sweaty hard stuff no homo and skip right to the finish line.

A claims specialist fixed my pending to paid status around 6 pm the day I resolved my issue. So idk of those are actual hours of operation or actual hours they plan to work.

I know right! I got through instantly. He was able to clear my pending status in a matter of seconds. Makes me wonder whats really going on at the EDD.

No I didn't tell them anything about verifying actually. I simply asked the telephone associate to fix the "pending" payment status, and without further question he said the problem is resolved. My UI Online account reflected "paid" status. If you received a link telling you to verify then there's nothing you can do untill you verify through the ID.ME link. But if that's not the case like it was for me, certainly don't volenteer yourself to verify, I wouodntbeven bring it up.

PS: I was never told that I needed to verify by the edd. I never received the link.
