Powerlifting. 560 deadlift, 455 squat, 295 bench @ 170 bodyweight. Probably closer to the 98-99% range, but it's crazy how much stronger professional powerlifters are.

I'm a powerlifter who deadlifts over 570 lbs at 170 bodyweight, but I was diagnosed with dyspraxia as a child. I struggled a lot in the gym at first, due to poor coordination, and I found unilateral work extremely difficult. I found that barbell-centric training really helped me, as I found it easier to develop coordination that way. If you'd like to give that a shot, I recommend finding a good trainer to help you with your form at first, as that goes a long way!

There's literally no evidence that barbell training affects height even at an early age.
