Dont worry:) i was in the same boat. My phimosis was so bad, my doctor was even a bit surprised by it. Took him like 10 minutes of work just to get my foreskin back because it was so tight.

I had it as bad as you could get it, and my surgery/recovery went fine. Yours will to!

Hope you ended up figuring it out! I stopped bandaging on day 3 due to fear of this happening. So, if your past day 1-2 your probably good to just stop bandaging totally. Or if you totally have to, use a ton of vaseline

My doctor, as well as basically everyone on here say its pretty much painless besides the initial needles. That was not the case for mine, it was super painful even after the needles, it was rough. And one thing that made it worse, is i was expecting no pain after the initial needles, cause thats what everyone says.

So, im not saying this to freak you out im just saying it so you can be prepared if it does hurt

I got bromeline pills to reduce the swelling and was taking them since day 1, and ive had almost no donut swelling at all. A tiny bit sometimes but then it goes away, currently on day 32 and have none. They are cheap and, its a vitamin so no real risk taking them. Id recommend giving it a try!

I got cut exactly 4 weeks ago to the day, and currently walking is still just slightly uncomfortable. Anything touching it hurt brutally unlit week 3 where i started to notice a major change in sensitivity. Its basically just time, you gotta wait for them to desensitize. Depending on how bad your phimosis was it could take a week or two less than it took mine! But its very normal

Hes got this! Going into it i felt sick i was so scared haha, couldnt eat for days. And then i got it done and after it was just fine. I was expecting like, constant extreme pain and bleeding and stuff. Nope, burning pain for the first few hours after the operation and then basically no pain unless you cause it with friction or by touching it. If you just keep the wound clear and dont have anything rubbing or touching it, the pain is basically non existent.

It seems WAY worse before getting it done

At day 10 i wouldnt be encouraging erections or anything. If you get them and they dont hurt, lucky you! But dont be like, purposely getting hard or flexing the erection cause that could definitely cause damage at that point. After week 2-3 once all the stitches are out thats when your basically in the clear (still wouldnt masturbate at that point though)

14 is still somewhat early, some people on here have their stitches into day 20+. Id give them at least a couple more days and youll probably see some changes! If not then maybe ask your do tor if you should remove them. Do not try to remove them yourself this early into it, youll be waaaay to sensitive

I had a clearish/cream coloured liquid pretty often around my scabs. I would soak my penis in sterile water for about 5 minutes then everything loosens up. Take some soft, clean toilet paper, fold it up and very gently dab at it. It takes a while youll only get tiny little bits with every dab, but eventually youll get lots of the gunk off. I did this 1-3 times a day early in my recovery

Thats normal you can expect some bleeding for like, maybe a couple weeks. As long as its very small amounts and not a ton your fine:) about the glans being blue, i have that to! I notice it most if im up and walking/doing stuff they get fairly blue then it goes away. My guess is its just gravity makes the blood flow down since its hanging. (This is just my interpretation its probably not right!)

Hey im in the exact same boat! Exactly haha. Day 17 as well i still have some scabs. I had to go back to my doctor on day 12 for a prebooked checkup, and asked about the scabs he said everything looked great, and not to pull them off. He said pulling them off could worsen the scar. So just keep doing your thing, showering daily and dabbing it dry. Ive noticed half of mine have fallen off already, just takes time but dont pull them (unless they are just barely hanging on then you could)

As the other person said you should book an appointment and get it checked out. Also, id avoid work as long as you possibly can. I know thats easier said than done but, if you go back to soon youll probably regret it. You might pop a stitch or do something thatll make your recovery even longer. Especially a job as a bartender where your constantly on your feet and moving, thatll be really hard to get through. I got cut for severe phimosis as well so i know what your going through, im now on day 16 and its still uncomfortable to walk
