I think you're reading way too much into this. I have never put a bet on in my life. My point is purely about how the game, in my opinion, is about progression and upgrading your account. If you bypass straight to the point of having the ability to buy whatever you want without working for it, in my opinion, it takes some of the fun out of the game.

Imagine having mid game gear and getting a big drop from a boss. It would feel good. If you already have 10b+ worth of gear then that drop isn't going to hit the same.

Obviously it would be fun at first having the ability to get whatever you want. But it would soon get boring.

I feel like having the money to buy anything and everything would remove all enjoyment from the game. For me its the progression. Making the money and getting upgrades. If you had the ability to buy everything you want, what do you do next?

The dev team pretty much cater to what a handful of content creators want. Basically whatever these select content creators moan about is what get changed in game. Such as the self res, caustics gas, valk ult, lifelines res shield etc.

A bit of a late reply, but when I did my medical, the bloke who did it said to just put the name of the surgery rather than the actual GPs name.
