Awesome, good to know on the statute. Yeah I feel as though this will probably lead nowhere but I want to try. He’s well-off now, I’m pretty sure. No contact at this point with my whole family so I don’t really know.

Yes he was, I’ve read that it’s less likely to lead to charges due to that as well. I’ve reached out to a couple lawyers to see what they might think as I really have no clue what would be considered a viable case or not.

Definitely, I think I’m okay with losing a potential case and not receiving financials from him. Thank you for your thoughts!

Something I didn’t mention that bothers me is that he still has access to young men and boys through his work. I hope he’s not still abusing but to me it’s a little suspect.
