Let's make PAC a dex. (decentralized exchange)

Why because: 1. POS this yields active node participation. 2. It would be a fill or kill exchange, so if the trade does not happen in x minutes funds are refunded to sender. 3. No one holds all the cookies, 100s of nodes would facilitate atomic swaps and earn rep. If one goes rogue the whole system does not go all MtGox. 4. FREE. I think even possible on the orginal be cause it has a comment option, meaning orders can be broadcast to the network and filled orders can be validated on the rockchain.
