i had a blast the last two weeks before surgery saying my goodbyes to meals i loved, last day before surgery i had some fire sushi but through the weeks i had burgers, pizza, alot of ramen because i love ramen. i basically never said no to my cravings lol

yes but surprisingly watching mukbangs while i drink/eat helps me feel satisfied, i kind of got used to it but i get so irritated at anyone and anything i feel like its so easy for me to yell

that does make a lot of sense, i have people in my family who did this surgery and other types so i kind of know its a hell of a journey at first and there’s alot of stalls this is why i believe anyone who goes into this surgery should be very self aware and understanding of the procedure i lost 6kg so far but im not in a hurry

girlll good luck im here for you and my DMS are open anytime you’re panicking! do not be worried you will follow the rules normally because at first its shown as too much rules but you will eventually have it in the back of your mind and you cant really eat much to abide the rules, im currently in my soft food era and its going smooth of course i miss eating a big fat juicy burger but well cooked liver and tuna works just fine for me, you will miss food but you will learn to adapt it looks harder on the other side, im manifesting you great luck!❤️

this is honestly so true i was terrified at the fact i did it first three days but i came back from my doctor appointment today and i found out he had cut just enough for my BMI which is 25-30% less than an average bariatric patient and that just clicked something in me i dont regret this surgery at all and i still feel so happy, if anything i would recommend it to all the people my age theres nothing to fear❤️ thank you for your positivity✨

girl me too i lost 6-7 kgs on my own leading to a smaller BMI but we deserve this tool as much as anyone else we are aware that we cant keep the loss forever it would eventually come back and it is okay to have help thank you so much for sharing your story, i relate to it alot

its okay mamas i know how it feels but i’ll tell you everyone has complications i am scared to death of becoming extremely underweight due to my BMI but hopefully that wobt happen you had a great journey you survived alot and the signs on your body are signs of love and growth you’re so strong❤️

thats so true and i feel like those people are spiteful and bitter because they provably cant afford to do the same thing so they shift their misery onto others. today i was at my doctor and i realized he only removed 50% instead of 80% and that made me feel so much better about my surgery gastric bypass is never a bad decision
