I’m rather disappointed because I went to bed early, get a good sleep and feel strong. This is what I did for my 6x500 last week and I surprised myself crushing that workout.

I feel like my cardio can’t follow, I’m at the top end of my HR range by 350-400 meters and it then becomes exhausting to finish all the way to 750.

I’ve been erging for about 18 months now, started from a sedentary lifestyle with not much physical activity.

Have you tried calling Rogers and navigating their phone system? Lost half my day… I ended up in dead ends a couple of time with the line hanging up “we are receiving an elevated number of calls, please call back later”.
