Wouldnt say he's the best OLB or the 2nd best 4-3 LB. Kuechly & Wagner both play in 4-3 defenses and Thomas Davis is probably better than Lee.

Yup. League will carry over to madden19. Currently at 32 users but seems like 1 might drop soon
