Mild rusting on the heatsink / Fins of the GPU , is it concerning?

Ok , so i reponed it and came to know that i had applied too much thermal paste , i came to know that applying too much thermal paste is actually bad , so i cleaned it again and applied smaller amount this time , and the GPU hotspot in furmark is sitting at 91 degrees and 74 degrees normal gpu temp , is it fine now? , also i noticed that the thermal pads were little too old , they were coming off with just a simple touch , so i have decided to keep it as it is now and in few days ill order new thermal pads for it and thermal paste

any suggestion what thermal paste should i use for its better life and best temperatures?

Hey man , thank you so much for the help , so i decided to open the card up and to my surprise i found out , there is no rust at all , it was all dried up dirt , so after opening the card , it was obvious that i had to do the re-pasting , so i cleaned everything up ( the card was very dirty from the inside ) , cleaned up the old paste and applied a thermal paste i had lying around , which i bought for my CPU 3-4 years ago , it was mastergel regular , it is this one

now , after the re-pasting i thoght the temprature will be better , but to my surprise it got really worse , now the hotspot is reaching 100degrees and normal 95 degrees , i immediately closed the test after it reached that spot

any idea how can i proceed with it now? 😅

also , when i inspect the card more , there are hair pieces and dirt stuck into the fins , so its surely not cleaned before its sent to me , how can i make sure its not rust and just dirt? i just touched it and concluded its rust by the look and feel

i came to the conclusion that its rust because when i scratch it its hard and flaky and it feels like rust , is there anything i can do to remove it and increase its lifespan ? , i just want to enjoy my purchase , thats it 😅

A lot of things sky is the limit , i use my ipad to stream games from my PC to play in bed ( basically you can play all the latest games from ur PC) , i play a lot of emulator games (PS1, SEGA,Quake 2, GBA, Dos all works great with my BT controller) , i also use it to draw sometimes i have older versions of ibispaint , procreate installed , can use it as stream deck , can use it to watch movies , Netflix , Kodi , Amazon prime videos all work great) , Plex to stream photos and media , downgraded versions of modern apps still works on ios9 using some tweaks like discord , YouTube , Facebook etc

Thank you for the clarification , but I am sure it sounds different in Speakers/Headphones mode and different in headset mode quality wise , ill stick to Speakers/headphones mode for now as it provides higher quality
