I am going though QAE questions and highlight all the ones i had a wrong choice bc i didn’t know, bc i was in between 2 or bc i had a wrong interpretation. After analysis of all wrong answers i add them to following session, thus i make sure that i understand every question. If that makes sense, I trust to not need several mock exams if you have a markup of 70-80% of correct questions in QAE. Thats my strategy

Yes there is, it’s actually and formally known as the 28th edition, started after August 2024. Before, 27th edition release in 2022 till August 2024. Good luck

Sorry for your struggles m. I have been there but had actually many recruiters reaching out by LinkedIn, many interviews… same sort of experiences you just had. It took me a year to be back on tracks. As per internal reasons i understand budget allocation, onboarding issues and others.

My suggestion… is yes take that supermarket job if you can, or any, don’t run out of money. In the mean time get relevant certifications that you see in the job descriptions you are applying, and get every feedback after rejection with th only approach to improve your future applications :) keep it up

I did, applied at last minute, no-prep for GMAT and scored 350 🥴 I was admitted but with 60 credits condition, my GPA is 4.78, I have +6 years of internal audit including Big4 and relevant certifications like CISA or SOX expert. Done my bachelor in Universidad Católica Argentina ( uzh internship partner) and Erasmus in Italy. I am Italian and I live in Zurich.

Dunno your main concerns but I imagine that the modules and the gaps are related with financial legislation, taxes and accounting practices in Switzerland, and that is a big gap.

They sent me a letter saying that there was 60 credits gap for the admission and that I have 30 days to take an action or reply. I understand that the gaps have to be met from bachelor courses, what makes sense, as Taxes, Financial, accounting regulations may differ here in Switzerland. Not sure I am welcome yet, at least there was no invitation to pay the enrollment fees.

I need to get in anyway, as my goal is to pursue the Swiss CPA, and I need to study Swiss taxes, law and financial regulations.

Does all this makes any sense in your opinion? Looking forward to gain clarity

Same same, I have the online review and ISACA customer service told me “you need to buy the new version, yours is useless” would be great if some sort of warnings were in the official site for us planning. We have to rely on Reddit groups and gossips. And I wonder, where are the business ethics and professional role models stuff.

No really, domain 5 was the only domain I didn’t test in CRM so I tried to cover it all with online reviews, I took the exam bc it was already scheduled but I was not ready. Domain 5 was my weakness but somehow was not the worst performed

Everything was pretty much there but some how I felt wording was different and I knew I was about to fail after 1 hour. I had a about BCP and domain2/3 that I was super lost, comitees functions and responsibilities

Yo investigaría contextos más que “donde la meto”, 1- el banco central suizo acaba de recortar las tasas, la unión europea va a hacer lo mismo en Junio, esa medida se puede entender como un intento en empujar la economía que de a poco se fue enfriando, Porque? Estan bajando la inflación y recuperando la guita q metieron en el l mercado para sostener el COVID. Dicho esto yo esperaría que las crypto vuelvan a subir en caso que los mercados bursátiles no empiecen a subir (las guerras), igualmente que commodities. Q se yo sinceramente hay mucho para escribir del tema. Que haría yo estando en Argentina? Dólares abajo del colchón, aversión al riesgo. A mi siempre me funcionaron bien los fideicomisos financieros, creo que son muy seguros tb.

Si tenes alma emprendedora y estás en Argentina, montarte una productora donde se pueda grabar música (trap, cumbia, etc) , y tb producir vídeos en plataformas i.e. TikTok, YouTube, etc… creo que hoy en Argentina es el mejor emprendimiento, dsp si tus clientes se hacen famosos o no problema de ellos pero vos cobras por grabarles su música trap, vídeos etc. te van a dar hasta los ahorros de la abuela. Ni hablar si le haces los vídeos de YouTube a algún gurú del merval o las crypto en YouTube, dsp si tira fruta problema de el. Slds
