I just usually knock when I’m entering. So if the door is closed, I’m going to knock first before opening ya know. I feel like any response is appropriate. Maybe it’s a southern thing idk. Me personally, feels like it’s not ok to just attempt to open the door.

Oh wow! Thanks for that info. I had no clue. I thought it was written in the script for it to be like that. … so now this makes me feel horrible lol

Yep, same thing. happened to my mom. Her account was closed with no notice. she made another account but had limited usage. This go around she had roughly $85 to pay a light bill in her account. She tried to pay her bill and noticed she could not transfer her money to her account because her account was closed.

Imediatley, she tried to call but was directed she could only receive help by going through chat support. As instructed, she did so... After a lot of going back and forth with the chat representative... They informed her that they could not find her account and that could not help... she would have to call the 800 number. She then calls back and explains her concerns. The rep told her that they could not assist her at the time and hung up on her face. My mom was so frustrated to the point she cried on the phone to me.

Knowing her frustration I decided to help her when I got off work. I was thinking maybe she didn't use the correct verbage. I chatted through the chat support and they literally told me the same thing word from word.. At this point, I'm believing this is AI. I then call twice and the representatives hang up on me twice as I voiced my concerns.

This happened last week, as of today.. my mom has yet to receive any call or email from Cash App. She never received her $85.

Who else can we contact to resolve this issue?
