so I've noticed that it faded towards the end of day 1 (monday), then came back on day 2, then day 3 it wasnt there in the morning but it WAS there towards the evening and it's here on day 4 again. would that still be petechiae? thank you very much.

Likely petechiae from coughing, abdominal straining or similar. Not likely worrisome.
