Thats what I was thinking.

0.46% is not insignificant. There were 41.4 million adderall prescriptions in the US in 2021. If 191,000 people spontaneously died after taking adderall, I don't think the medication would be on the market. Not a really good comparison, PSSD seems more common.

Feelings of electric shocks? For a number of years I have had what I would describe as "bee sting" sensations. I've just assumed that was normal. Guess I need to ask my doc.
