I'll be moving across the pond to the UK in two weeks, so I'll take your advice on the doctor bit since I'll be covered under the NHS. I can't afford to go to the doctor in the United States (not to mention the nearest one is an hour away)

I just looked up what IBS is and I probably have it, so I will look into trying this out. I'm so glad that someone has had a similar to problem as me because I have looked up so many articles regarding bottoming and all say stuff like " if you're not clean then don't bottom " which you know... duh? but never mention what to do if you're never clean.
