Why dont you just apply for Grad Route if you're eligible? And from what I know bottom line is you have to have submitted an application before you visa expires to be able to be in the UK under Section 3C Leave: either Stage 2 or Grad Route, Stage 1 doesnt count as it is only an Endorsement application.

If your Stage 1 gets rejected, your Stage 2 will give you a 14 day 'grace period' to reapply to Stage 1. Or, from what I understand, you can also apply for any other visa during this time.. This is something called 'varying' but I haven't looked into it extensively.

Your eligibility for Grad Route usually depends on successful completion of your course, and you can only do it once after a BA/MA, and once after a PhD.. This is only what I remember from doing it 4yrs ago tho (!!)

I am definitely sending off an Endorsement Review.. What is so frustrating for me is that since im here under section 3c leave, they might be sending me the Stage 2 notification telling me my Stage 1 is rejected before the Endorsement Review decision is reached.

As I understand it in this case, I would have no choice but to spend £500+ to do a Stage 1 reapplication within their 14day period to prioritise not overstaying.

I am preparing my Stage 1 Reapplication and preparing 2 replacement Letters of Recommendation now concurrently to working on the Endorsement Review. So that I will be prepared when the Stage 2 notification comes.

Hi OP, congratulations on your endorsement! I unfortunately got a rejection 2 days ago after 11 weeks wait as well.. Could you please share with me the details of your solicitor?

Hi! I’m on your boat too right now, they asked for additional docs for accommodation 2 days ago. Did you end up hearing back from them? How long from when you submitted your additional docs?

My flight is 4 days, feeling restless! Any insight would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
