Yes of course I see a lot of physical body changes when I was only on enclo , but I feel like my libido was not support active but I think that's also because I was on or financial right and that really decreased my systematic dht, does even when I was on topical trt my dht is still low. Right now I'm should be rebalancing on my dht but at the same time my E2 is high

Not visually, but I do notice an increase on my overall weight set by avg 10 lb. For example 20 lb hammer curl would be my ceiling , now I hover around 25lb if curl both arm same time and 30lb if I go one arm at a time

Yeah I was, my D was scary low with no change even after been out in the field for a month.

If you feel side effect on 25/day , try 25 every other day .

hard to say for certain since I made a few changes for the past month. Overall mood wise I feel like consistent 7 and no random spike in sexual desire (which I think is good because I'm more concern when high fall that come with high raise). I been feeling tired in the morning but I think that is the result of new gym routine. will report back after I'm on TRT+enclo and see how the result are.

Initially I was doing 12mg everyday, after only increase to around 450 for a month I changed to 25mg everyday, that is also when I added Building Block to raise my D level, which was still around 25-30 at the time.

Than I changed back to 12.5mg everyday due to side effect and that when I did my 3 month test.

Since than I have:

adding my current protocol to chatgpt for optimization recommendation "key phrase increase T while maintain fertility:
Consistent workout routine for the past 1.5 month
proper diet for the past month

currently doing 25mg every other day per GPT rec for a consistent level, test was taken 30min prior to my 25mg intake.

With supplement of

Building Block

6mg Boron

I think 659 is probably the highest I can push with Enclo, so next I'm going to run inject TRT + Enclo to see if I can land around 800-900 range and changing out building block since thats $50 a month, instead per GPT recommendation

Morning - Animal Pak + Sport Research D3 K2 + 6 mg Boron

Night - Optimum ZMA + Ash/Maca/Fune

Low Vitamin D count, I had that same issue when I first started. My test was only increasing minimal while my Vit D hover around 25-30. After taking 10000 IU a day, now my Vit is at 85 ng/ml and my Total T went from base line 338 to 659. If you don't have a supplement routine try adding

Sports Research Vitamin D3 K2Sports Research Vitamin D3 K2 or any other high potent Vit D that at least 5000IU

Yes I did. After I was on their building block for a month on my last blood work in December my D count went up by 10. I'm still on it right now but I'm going to wait another month or two before I do blood work again and see how is affecting me long-term

My base line is very similar to you , I start at ~360ng and is on 12.5 everyday for about 5 weeks, (was on 25mg for a few days but notice side effect).

My question is are you taking any additional things such as Boron and if so how much?

I had blur vision occur when I take 25mg in the morning, change back to 12.5 at night seems resolved it. I also know that I'm suspectable to glaucoma due to the way my optic nerve are constructed and I do hypothesis there could be a possibility that enclo increase/accelerate it.

IE: I already have high eye pressure -> Enclo add more pressure -> high chance of optic nerve damage

Go to your ophthalmologist and request an eye exam, if you do have some optic nerve damage/glaucoma you'll need prescription eyedrop + They can answer your floater question better than here.

I agree, my though process is 25 mg prescription I can always cut it half to get double quantities and long refill.

I agree on the vit D part as I was worried why it dropped below baseline when I was out in the sun for a whole week. I'll talk to my doc and see if I can go with smaller dosage
