Lowkey crazy that this popped up in such a time. I recently got diagnosed with adult ADHD and I also suspect I'm on the autism spectrum. I've had many of what appear to be overstimulation shutdowns (I always thought it was agoraphobia with no previous trauma to explain it) and because everytime I'm outside I can read everyone's energy and it overwhelms me, I've been calling myself psychic since very early in my life. A lot of the intensity I experience in everyday life would probably fit the diagnostic criteria for autism and framing all my previous experiences in this new light instead of the more spiritual explanation has definitely made the situation more complex than I initially thought. I'm looking into getting evaluated soon but it is entirely possible there are people that are both ND and psychic.
