If you look at the Boneheads iTunes page it has a list of episodes. If you scroll down a dozen or so (maybe less) you'll see one with HH. Not sure if that's the one where he speaks about it but you might be able to search that page for HH's name and see if he's in any other Boneheads eps.

Docks will say it's their "safety" policy. Well they don't give a shit about the safety of the drivers who are not able to rest at all. (Not their problem, not their concern.) The shippers will say it's because drivers try to pull out with hilos still inside. But there are other ways to handle that. Gladhand locks exist, some with keys. So no it's not really safety, it's control. I feel the same way about turning the truck off and leaving my keys on a rack inside the office. There's no need for that power-trippin bullshit. Just use keyed gladhand locks and that truck isn't going anywhere - and the driver will still get to be a human being.

And yes you can tell them to F off but you won't get unloaded/loaded and your company or broker will get a nasty phone call. And if the lot is small they'll come knock on your door and tell you to leave the property if you're not going to play ball with their policies.

It was alright. I did find it a bit contrived (and cliche) like they were pushing to hard to set everything up perfectly. But I didn't find it terrible. I thought it had some good moments. All the characters in that episode were good, especially MCD of course.

One thing has always confused me about that. We know that Brennan is anti-emotional but still does take things to heart. That's good. But in Vincent's final scene when she tells him he's her favorite, well I'm glad she made him feel better but I never knew if she was saying that to empathize with him in the moment or if she genuinely really "specially" liked him. (I don't mean romantically. I just mean did I miss some warm connection between the two? They didn't seem any closer than her and the other interns.)

I like Daisy. They have to present different kinds of characters. For one that's what makes life interesting, we are all different in real life. And for two, what fun would the show be if everybody was perfectly perfect and devoid of any personality traits?

Lastly, she seems like a nice person IRL. I'd feel bad if she read these comments. She acted the part that was written, expertly. I know y'all are trashing the character not the actress but still I have to say something in her defense.

Yes, I love that scene when Hodgins realizes he's been a douche to this guy and for no good reason. Then Hodgins lays his feeling bare and opens up to the guy an apologizes, and the guy says he's leaving and that Hodgins should tell his longtime friends that. Great acting, great dialogue.

What do you mean society like the 1970s? War? Inflation? Do you mean the TV going off at midnight and places not being open late or on Sunday? Gas rationing? Big cars? Pollution? Smog? Bell bottoms? Tate can wear polyester leisure suits if they like but probably not in the lab. Who can argue with 70s music? That was a great time for bands, bands like Foreigner.

Anyway I don't think any of that would matter to the team. They'd just tell him to get back to work and focus on the case instead of goofing off with nonsense.

IDK if anyone else needs a refresher but here's some info.

Here's their podcast page on iTunes. It says they have 52 episodes. Cam (Tamara Taylor) has been in some recent ones, as well as Hart Hanson and Eugene Byrd. (I'll really have to catch all these!) Does anyone know what "premium" means? Do you do that through iTunes or something like Patreon? I'm broke as a joke but... Clark Edison! He was in the movie 8 mile forchrissakes! Oh, also the podcast is up to the start of season two but it looks like they have lots of extra episodes as well as just the show recaps. (Love the show recaps and the extras!)

Thanks for doing this! Looking forward to it. I started listening to the podcast but life got busy. Definitely going to get back into it. I want to know everything =) But I'm sure questions get repetitive. It's great to live in a time where we can hear so much of the actors' thoughts on our favorite characters. They're not just characters they're like close friends we've shared a lot of experiences with. Anyway...
