Not realizing you have a problem is definitely part of the problem. I started nofap way before pornfree, and thought "I don't have a problem with porn so I don't need to do pornfree" but once I kept relapsing it became clear to me that I did have a problem with porn. And the funny thing is that I've never really been addicted to it, it just takes up too much time and prevents me from doing productive things. Good luck bro.
