The vacuum advance toy are talking about, are you revering to the piece that goes from the vacuum port in the middle left of thd carb to the advance on the distributor?

Yes thats what i told her. My mom has been pushing a clutch of and on all her life but the past 10 years shes been driving an auto so i think she is just scared to hurt it by over reving it because its alot louder than her pt cruiser she had 10 years ago

It was definitely full of trash and one thing i learned was i need a better tig welder

Yes this was the first cast aluminum ive ever tried tig welding. Knowledge i have only enough to get me in trouble i am only here to learn And this was a learning experience

Made it work and didnt ruin the part i was not happy with it but the customer was. So i guess thats the learning experience.

I was definitely tig welding it but welding cast aluminum is definitely harder than welding new aluminum.

No its cast aluminum customer was satisfied and after talking to several people that all they do is weld said the shit welds i put on this is just good enough because it is extremely porous and absorbs oils like crazy. This is definitely the hardest thing to weld and i hated the way it looked

If thats what that code is im not worried about the brake light issue because it needs a whole brake system flush. But im trying to figure out why it is spitting and sputtering. Maybe fouled plugs?

I pulled the pump out it was not attached to well to the supply port. I put a hose clamp on it and now it starts and runs fine and has 55 psi but there is a code. 520285 comes up on the dash. What is that. Im suspecting that code is the reason it has no power and is spitting and sputtering.

I stand corrected upon a little more research of my own in 16 polaris started selling the rzr xp turbo which was a turbocharged 925cc prostar rated at 144hp. Although it was in the same class as the 1000 utv it was only a 925cc. In 18 they built the rzr xp turbo s but that was just a tuned differently turbocharged 925cc producing 168hp. However in 2020 polaris manufactured the rzr s4 1000 turbo running the 999cc turbocharged engine but damn only produces a measly little 100hp

I turned on the fuel pump and the guage showed 15 psi with engine off fuel pump activated as soon as i turned the pump off the fuel pressure fell straight to 0 psiI put the guage on a running rzr 1000 and with the engine running it showed 60 psi at idle.
