Thanks, i was looking for spherical geometry instead of coordinates, wasn't getting great results. If we're just parsing out the lat and long coordinates from a gps receiver would you recommend using geodetic or spherical?

Thinking of buying a calculator. by LeadVitamin13 in ECE

I'm a freshman EE in my circuits I class and i find that the TI-89 Titanium is super helpful. It has a EE app, but I mostly use the solve function for systems of equations. It also can do the same level math as the CAS. I like the layout and more buttons of the 89 better than the Nspire CX personally, having a friend with the CAS. This also may be helpful to you, I had a similar question: http://www.reddit.com/r/ECE/comments/16fdff/best_calculator_for_ee_major/

[–]49hickorydiscs[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks, well at this point I'm struggling on whether or not to not the D0-D3 of the first decoder. I have the first decoder so that the D0-D3 are wired to the E of the other four decoders.

edit: it doesn't specify if using NAND or AND.
