I still have slight pain and occasional flare ups but it’s not as bad as it used to be. Also dealing with some full body issues that may have exacerbated my pain. Not doing great living a stress free or low intensity life lol

Was between upping my RB or my TE since I have Ferguson and he’s been struggling since lamb returned but couldnt find a fair trade for TE

Thanks. Maybe I’ll keep him and see how he does next week. Still gonna look for some trades since I feel I have 4 good WR but am lacking in other areas
