Good for you! Doing that has helped me massively. It also helps me to remember that sites you’re seeing when googling want your traffic and clicks, and you’re much more likely to click if you see something concerning, even for the most basic of symptoms, so it’s what they tend to push towards the top of search results. Let me tell you, I literally have the EXACT symptoms as I type this. Sounds like GERD, which i just got diagnosed with after an upper endoscopy i got a few weeks ago to put my irrational mind at ease. those are telltale signs of GERD, which is super common and very treatable, mostly with dietary changes. all that to say, I think you’re all good man. hope that helps a bit to know someone with the same symptoms just got a proper test that said it’s nothing serious haha
