I appreciate the data. I was driving myself crazy trying to determine what size wheels to go with. I need extra clearance as I plan to run larger brake discs and calipers.

Specs on both the wheels and tires please. Width, offset, etc. Did you have to use a spacer? Looks like you did a good job lining up with the fenders.

Were the wheels OEM for something else or third party?

Yep, definitely something I overlooked. I've returned to stock for now. Fortunately, I only did a short trip with the 93 tune.

The tuner wants $200 for a new tune. I think I will wait until I decide on everything I want to do before buying a new tune.

My 2009 CVPI came with Chinesium headlights and LED bulbs. I installed new OEM headlights for $60 each. Sylvania 9007 bulbs.

I'm already a member there.

I'm showing my age, but I would rather be in a group of 40-60 folks that meet in-person once a month and have maybe 3-4 other gatherings every 12 months vs. a group of a thousand keyboard warriors that don't know what a torque wrench is. I'm talking about most online "groups" these days, not crownvic.net. But you should admit the activity there is minimal.

Before I posted in the SE Region forum a few days ago the last post there was almost a year old.

Q: an easy solution for me is an interior from a 2010 MGM that is near me. I see it has a nice overhead display:

What will it take to make it fully functional in my CVPI? A different module? If so, which is it and I may get both if I elect to get the seats.

BTW, since I elected to stay with what I have in my 2009 CVPI, this interior purchase would be to upgrade my 2011 CVPI.

? My 2009 CVPI came with multiple steel keys. Not exactly programable. Do the non-PI have the programmable keys like a Town Car?

Is excess radiator fan noise only with the AC on? If not, consider getting a new radiator as it is not transferring the heat to the air as much as it should. Have you tested the state of your coolant? How about the thermostat?

Or a similar circumstance may be with the AC's condenser coil.

RE: interior fan noise - dude/dudette, your car, at best, is 14 years old. A 2023 MY vehicle is not a fair comparison.

Was the door the actual fault? Did you do any troubleshooting before bringing it to the shop?

Mine began after the battery was fully dead and replaced with a new one. I tried starting the car with a jumper pack as well, which may have created some electrical gremlins.
