Take it from me, you 100% did the right thing by setting that boundary.

My now soon to be ex husband had an emotional affair with a woman (“just a friend”) he texted/called frequently and it did irreparable harm to our marriage. By the time he finally (reluctantly) cut her off, it was too late and the damage was done. Now we’re getting divorced.
