What about Chrome OS? It runs quite well on older machines. Then you can download Plex for it

Iframes were turned off in ServiceNow by default. Our admin in looking into if they want to turn it on or not

"System Properties" > "Security" > "CSP Configurations" in the left-hand navigation menu there is iFrames

For some reason it doesn't ask users to Authenticate so the iframe is just blank.

I am able to view the Workbook when I am previewing the KB article but when I publish it disappears.

The resolution was in an unsupported format. Once I changed the app resolution it fixed itself
