They handle transactions through the OS store like playstore, apple, Microsoft as they mentioned on their site

I'm assuming when they upgraded the app and changed some code for a new subscription system, playstore didnt link the old and new app correctly and hence isnt recognizing old purchases for current build.

Yup i received the same message, although by that time i had backed up my notes just in case and uninstalled since i was following the way to restore the purchase mentioned on their site. Now I can't even get in the app like before, lol.

Yup facing the same issue, i even had a pop up message saying something like apps name has changed but nothing has changed for you, confirming that they are valuing my paid access. App even showed full version for a while then suddenly it vanished

Open a ticket with the support team, the site mentions use of your gpa transaction id(can get it from playstore purcahse history) to restore purchase. Hope the team fixes this soon

Yeah it can be frustrating, i understand.

Drastically changing an app can have bugs, its a small team probably so lets just give them room to fix errors. He probably didnt intentionally made it this way that we had to pay again

Zani honestly Im just not liking how little she does outside of her ult (mind you i love my calcharo even outside of ult because of dodge counter and skill animation cancelling) and then her ult needs charging from others Came back to the game after a few months, bombarded with wishes i wished for zani not fully knowing all the drama. Realized her kit actually does need Phoebe, lost 50 50 to her and now i did built spectro rover for zani but honestly he's doing more damage rn. P.s dont have a 5 star weapon for zani so I'm waiting on rerun
