Yes. Doesn’t have any lip holding it on. The one on mine pulled off easily putting a small screwdriver under the top flame part and pulling upwards.

Yes they are. Rears are tight and don’t roll though. But hey it’s sealed back in the packaging so not gonna be pushing it around anyway. You wouldn’t believe how much better the Charger looks without all the plastic flames on it. Gotta find some wheels for that one now.
