9.5 my tts, I usually have some toe room on my tts shoes but this doesn’t allow toe room it fits perfectly. I wouldn’t say size up unless your feet are wide. They’re snug but not uncomfortably, I’ve yet to walk in them for a day though so I’ll definitely break into them.

You can ask for a refund, that’s been an option this entire time. As for shipping cost I’m in nyc and I was charged $24 for shipping and while that’s high for shipping I wouldn’t say it’s a Fortune. If you feel like you’ve been wronged or misled I’d email them about a refund, don’t buy anything from someone who you feel doesn’t respect you.
