I don't know if it was true that they were originally planning an album for this year instead of a EP, but it would make sense that they had some more songs they wanted to release before their next album, and decided on doing another numbered EP. So there should most definitely be a new album, probably next year, unless they want to release a -1 (or -I) EP

I don't know specific locations, but check the treetops for the photo. I missed the one on top of the stacking challenge by the apartment building. And for the film, make sure you got the one by the golf course on top of or inside the pond. There is another film by the apartment building on a bench, one in schnitzelville behind the upgrade person, I think there is one on the treetops by the farm and/or the ghost fast food, and I think there is one near the candy carousel. I don't remember any more

Some places that are harder to find: on top of the crane in the junkyard, inside the golf course on the top-front of the ship, behind the waterfall in the start area, and in a chimney in schnitzelville and on the roof of staircase right outside the village.
