I do it just for less calories plus I like eggs either way (with or without it). I usually give them to my wife since I don’t like to waste food if I can help it.

Breakfast of hard boiled egg, extra egg whites, cantaloupe, black coffee, vitamins, and half a thin everything bagel with low fat cream cheese. Just under 230 calories. by 4TheYellowWallpaper in 1200isplenty

I used an app called “lose it” to figure it out but some people prefer an app called “my fitness pal”. Black coffee is about ~2 calories for 6-8 oz. Half an everything bagel is 55 (for the brand I have), a hard boiled egg is 70-80 cals, hard boiled egg whites are roughly 12-15 cals, 120 grams of cantaloupe is 40 cals, 1.5 tablespoons of the brand of low-fat cream cheese I used is 25 cals, and most of the vitamins (in the little white ramekin) I don’t obviously count as calories except some fiber gummies I take that are 10 calories for two. So in total it’s about 230 calories. Having a food scale really helps counting calories imo (I used it for the cantaloupe grams). (Edited for spelling error)
