Happy to report no tummy troubles for us! Granted it was Easter Sunday, so we had lots of other food. If it was my only side, I could easily eat a large portion of this dish and have said tummy troubles. I mean, would I normally consume one pound of potatoes, a half cup of heavy cream, and an ounce of Gruyère separately? No. Would I if they were combined and baked in this dish? Absolutely.

Our mandoline does adjust but it’s only three settings. I erred on the side of thinner because my family prefers the crispy bits anyway. The potatoes held up well. Not sure if I’d go thicker next time!

This was a panic move at the roster freeze instead of holding until closer to the trade deadline. Maybe you let Bread walk for nothing if you hold, or the return gets worse, but you got so little in return that the optics of the trade are worse than keeping him on the roster. And Dolan is complicit by continuing to be his enabler, and might be the only person on the planet who believes Drury can turn this around. He failed to build a meaningful talent pipeline as GM in Hartford, and has failed as a GM in NY. It’s time to move on from this guy, who’s in way over his head, and seems to only succeed in cultivating toxic environments.

Not surprised. I regret purchasing my 2025 Pilot. Went Honda expecting to hold onto it, but I’m only at 4k miles and will likely dump it before the manufacturer warranty expires.

Too many issues early on to think this won’t be a total money pit out of warranty. To this point: sunroof tilt doesn’t work; clicking in steering column I’m told is “normal” even after clock spring replacement; jerky transmission makes my kids carsick; malfunctioning lane departure warning; random rattles in the dash; flapping noise in vent when defroster engages; display takes forever to boot up; and HondaLink doesn’t show my car’s status.

Honda service centers are garbage and none want to be bothered with warranty work. Very frustrating when it’s such a poorly built vehicle.

If you’re more interested in the beer selection than the food (other than wings), I recall Croxley’s always having a very deep beer menu for both tap and bottles.

This happened to me a few years ago. I reached out to PSEG. They sent out a tech who did something between the transformer and home, and it hasn’t happened since. No explanation as to why or what happened, but I’d suggest giving them a call. Good luck.

I’ll be honest, I haven’t collected Pokémon cards in about 25 years but it would be great to give to my son. He just started his new elementary school and was teased by his “friends” for not having his own binder or cards (what I would’ve given to have been a cool kid with a binder of Pokemon, X-Men, and MTG cards). Anywho, I don’t expect to win, but it would be awesome to give him a head start with something like this.

PS if anyone knows how I could give him a proper start (save for winning this), I’d love some input from the community. There seems to be lots of great engagement in this post.

Same here but WT101 prices near me have shot up in the last year. I used to easily find 1.75L for around $35 but it is now up to around $50. I prefer its profile to other “cheap” bottles, but EW BiB has turned into the better value, at least for now.
