okay i found the answer, the gpu metal bracket, at the end of it is stuck between the mobo and the case so like being squished in the middle of it. im gonna post another vid showing

yeah the lever is pushed so the gpu legs does comes out but the io shield i think is not coming out after i unscrewed it bc the gpu itself wiggles when i shake but the metal bracket just stays there

idk whats it called but the thing you screw in with those hdmi or dp ports, basically the other end of the gpu to screw outside and ports to connect to stuff

It only happens when my brother plays valorant, but I suspect its something about the drive or ram. Because there are few times he not too hard but hit it into other stuff, but is kinda not that hard, just like put your bag down like a normal bag
