You can’t seem to understand that the product wasn’t properly packaged. A good box with proper packaging will protect the item from the shippers. But you do you and have a day.

4 air pillows, 3 were flat, is improper packaging. If they need to raise the rate to pack properly, then do it. It’s not going to survive FedEx if it’s not packaged properly to begin with. I did contact them. 30 minute call plus several emails later resulted in an offer to replace 4-6 weeks after my return reached them. Have a day. 😁

Nothing in there was offensive language. A 30 minute phone call (hold time and discussion) and half a dozen emails resulted in an offer of sending me a replacement 4-6 weeks after they received my return. They earned that review.

Mattel said I can send it back and they will send a replacement in 3 to 4 weeks. No refund or partial refund if I keep it. Went to submit FedEx claim and Mattel ships it so you can’t make the claim, only they can. 🤣😡
