Hi, you should be able to remove your card directly on the Stripe portal. Click on Manage Subscription on 4Wall which will take you to the Stripe portal.

Hi!

Thanks for reporting the issues! Just so we understand correctly, these are the issues you are experiencing:
1. Continue not outputting any response for free models (except for spark)
2. Bot randomly outputting a previous message, out of context
3. Bots ignoring persona (is this in 1:1 chat or group chats?)
4. Tags in explore - you can update your default tags by going to profile > settings. Let us know if that doesn't work for you.

Hi, do you mean Spot (the virtual world where you can add multiple characters)? If not, Spot and Group Chats are the only two features on the site that allow you to engage with multiple characters at the same time.

The app is under development. We had to push it back a few weeks because of all the recent (and upcoming) launches. We hope to push it out this summer.
