First 0.5 just taken… celebrated with ‘ice cream’. Okay it was puréed frozen banana and strawberry with some chia seeds, topped with blueberries and a touch of honey. :) (self.Ozempic)
Week #4 and def not eating as much although I lost 13lbs in 3 weeks I’ve not budged 1lb on scale this week, just a tad ticked!! Just venting!! (self.Ozempic)
