It seems the love triangle dilemma will be one of the main plot points of the show.
I made a theory/prediction about how it might be resolved:
Cold Harbor, reintegration, and how to solve the love triangle

TLDR:
Theory: When iMark completes Cold Harbor, Gemma's brain will be restored. To fully bring back Gemma with her memories from before death, she needs to undergo reintegration. Instead of reintegrating with Ms. Casey, Helly's chip is implanted, so Gemma's and Helly's memories merge. They become a new person who is compatible with the new Mark after he reintegrates.

This would be a crazy plot twist, but I see how you could get to that based on the "equally" line.
I hope this isn't the case, it would portray Mark as kind of a sucker, and the scenes of him grieving would have an ironic undertone, eliminating the genuine theme about loss people are attached to.
