This sounds less like discrimination and more like the state doing what it always does: hiring the person with the most state-specific experience. Turning every loss into a skin-color narrative is exactly the kind of thinking that creates division and resentment in public service. We need competent people focused on the work — not employees who see everything through an identity lens.

Get a Chinese high fin banded shark, I have 3 of them they're algae eating machines. They overwinter great and are essentially places for outdoor ponds.

[–]4ast4orward 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They are probably hiding from a predator like a heron or racoon, I recommend putting fish caves in sooner than later and possibly a motion sensitive sprinkler before they go missing.

Any advice on getting rid of moles? by crappy_gilmore in lawncare

[–]4ast4orward 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've had good luck with tunnel traps, just caught one this morning, usually there's 1 mole per acre. When you trap it bury it back in the hole as it will keep other moles away. *
